Good work at a fair price. No flare shifts, no codes, best of all no complaints! Alex was able to solve a code I have been chasing on my Mustang's valve body for a few years now. Was also the only shop in the region willing to do the work of pulling and sending off a torque converter to be rebuilt. Very happy with the service. Shop is very busy with only a few workers, but the wait was worth it.

Edit - 7-2-25 - This is an edit to my review posted approximately sometime in September of 2024. Transmissions of El Paso rebuilt my 13' Chevy Silverado HD transmission and replaced the torque converter. Everything seemed fine until 4 months later when the vehicle left me stranded 200miles from home. $1k to get it towed back to Trans of El Paso. Alex stated the transmission overheated and they proceeded to rebuild once again. He indicated there were some blocked trans lines and assured everything was repaired. 3 months later and the transmission failed again leaving me stranded once again on the side of the road. At this point I'm $5k in repairs and definitely not taking my truck back to Trans of El Paso. I would not recommend Trans of El Paso and retract my previous review of them. I wanted to provide my honest experience with this company. I was very pleased with Alex and his service. He rebuilt my transmission for my HD Silverado using billet components. The transmission is smooth just like when the truck was new. He also stayed late into the evening to repair a leaking exhaust donut to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Alex and his team for your transmission repair

My car broke down in El Paso coming from Dallas. I called Alex and he quoted me a fair price to rebuild my transmission. I got it back and returned to Dallas with no problems. Thank Alex! You guys did a great job!!!

Alex is very helpful and an all around great guy. Went out of his way to help me and was up front with me through the process of getting my vehicle up and running again. Even with the amount of other vehicles ahead of me I had a rebuilt transmission in about a week. Definitely will recommend to anyone ever in need of transmission work. Honest work and honest prices.

AWESOME SERVICE, ALEXI IS VERY HONEST AND GREAT PRICES.. I TRUST HIM ALL MY CARS,HAVE BEEN USING HIM FOR OVER 5 YEARS. HE IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND CAN FIX ANYTHING. HARD TO FIND GOOD PEOPLE THESE DAYS. HE IS BUSY FOR A REASON, SO DONT BE IN A HURRY.
